An editorial slated to run in the Kansas City Star Tuesday criticizes Attorney General candidate Chris Koster's fundraising tactics.
"Koster has collected contributions as large as nearly $27,000 through the back-door method, making a mockery of the limits that voters overwhelmingly said they wanted in 1994," the editorial charges.
The editorial, which also fires at Gov. Matt Blunt for signing a law repealing contribution limits, will run on the same day candidates' campaign finance reports for the second quarter of the year will be released by the Missouri Ethics Commission.
