MPNblog.com | Campaign Finance Analysis

"The best thing about Missouri Political News is that now Big Muddy feels no need to peruse the candidate's campaign reports. We just wait for them to post. If you want to know who raised what from where, please visit" - Big Muddy Politics

Part of MPN's mission is to provide analysis of data that affects the people and policies of Missouri. One of the primary methods we have implemented to fulfill that mission is providing comprehensive coverage of campaign finance reports filed by candidates for office. Close scrutiny of these reports identifies facts beyond just a list of candidates' supporters and opponents, but can also reveal the breadth of a candidate's support by gender, geography and special interest. MPN provides analysis of quarterly reports in a format that analyzes geographic contributions and the amount from political committees versus regular donors, individuals and businesses.
